Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Deep mulberry and ruby hues, black currant, cassis and spices, from eight months in wood. Palate sweetish and dense, richly textured, not over concentrated. Good supple dry tannins.
Shiraz 2005
Full bodied inky black Shiraz with complex spicy peppercorn and granadilla flavours. The palate is full-flavoured and ample with lots of freshness. Matured in new French oak for eight months.
Merlot 2005
Ripe mulberry, mint, and stemmy flavours mingle pleasantly with light smokiness from the French Oak barrels.
Pinotage 2006
Dark ruby colour, ripe plums, cherries, chocolate and a slight scent of dried banana, all wrapped in sweet , oaky vanilla. Dry supple tannins add to silky mouth feel.
Sauvignon Blanc 2008
Full ripe for gooseberry, pear and litchi flavours and slightly greener for the distinctive asparagus nose that carries through to the palate.
Chenin Blanc 2008
Full fruity nose with whiffs of pineapple, pear and honey. Medium bodied, balance between fruit acidity and touch of residual sugar.
